Shipping - All orders are shipped via UPS service unless otherwise requested. UPS requires a physical street address to ship, they do not deliver to a P.O. Box. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included in UPS delivery time. Freight costs for other shipping methods are available upon request.
UPS Ground Delivery - Freight costs are figured on weight or dimensional weight and shipment destination. Delivery time within the Continental U.S.A. is from one to eight business days, depending on the distance of the shipment destination from Miami, Florida.
UPS 3 Day - Freight costs are figured on weight or dimensional weight and shipment destination. Guaranteed delivery time is the third business day from day of shipment. UPS 3 DAY services are only available in the Continental U.S.A.
UPS 2 Day - Freight costs are figured on weight or dimensional weight according to size of box. Guaranteed delivery time is the second business day from shipment date within the Continental U.S.A.
UPS Standard Overnite - Freight costs are figured on destination and weight or dimensional weight according to size of box. Guaranteed delivery time is the following business day from shipment date within the Continental U.S.A.
UPS Priority Overnight - Freight costs are figured on destination and weight or dimensional weight according to size of box. Guaranteed delivery time is the following business day by 10:30 A.M. from shipment date within the Continental U.S.A.
UPS Next Day Early AM - Freight costs are figured on destination and weight or dimensional weight according to size of box. Guaranteed delivery time is the following business day by 8:30 A.M. from shipment date within the Continental U.S.A.
UPS Saturday Delivery - This service is available with PRIORITY OVERNIGHT service only. An additional $25.00 per box will be added to the PRIORITY OVERNIGHT shipping charge. This service is only available in the Continental U.S.A.
OUR RETURN POLICY, DAMAGE CLAIM AND WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Returns - Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our service department for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
Customers are responsible for freight on all returned items. All returns must be pre-paid by the customer unless CorvettePartz.com was at fault and/or made an error.
All returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and no returns can be processed after 30 days of purchase. Returns within 30 days of purchase require a RGA number and returns without an RGA number will not be accepted.
Customers are subject to a 15% restocking fee for any package returned by UPS because of refusal or non-delivery. Freight costs incurred are not refundable.
Special Order items are not returnable. Parts or items that have been modified in anyway, shape or form, are not returnable.

Damaged Goods or Claims - Always inspect the contents of your shipment in the presence of the driver delivering your package. Should you find any damage, notify UPS immediately so that necessary steps be taken to insure prompt replacement of part or item. Please notify CorvettePartz.com of the claim.
Warranties - All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. Your purchase will be backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer of the parts you receive. CorvettePartz.com and the manufacturer do not honor warranty requests due to improper handling, installation, neglect, accidents, or parts used for competition use.
